As someone who works in theatre, I understand how uncomfortable standard scrub hats can be — especially when they pinch your ears, give you a headache, or slip during a long shift. That’s why I started making my own handmade satin-lined scrub hats, and created something that actually feels good to wear all day.  My colleagues soon began asking me to make hats for them too, and Heartfelt Hats was born!

These satin-lined theatre hats are designed for individuals with curly, long or frizz-prone hair, to offer comfort and a little personality to the working day. 

They are made by hand, here in the UK, from high quality fabrics, and do not rely on the exploitation of low-paid workers in their creation.

I also make soft stretchy jersey theatre hats in regular and large size, as well as tie-back hats for individuals with short hair.
