🌿 Supporting UK Suppliers
Wherever possible, we source our fabrics from trusted UK suppliers.
Buying through UK businesses helps support local companies, reduces unnecessary transport where possible, and allows us to work with suppliers we know and trust.
While some fabrics are manufactured overseas (as is common throughout the textile industry), we always aim to purchase them through UK suppliers whenever practical.
🧵 Handmade in Small Batches
Every Heartfelt Hat is handmade in our Cheshire workshop, in small batch.
Rather than producing large quantities of stock that may never be sold, each hat is made specifically for the person who ordered it. This helps reduce unnecessary waste and ensures every hat has a home before it's even sewn.
Because every hat is handmade, you can also be confident that no unethical factory labour is involved in creating your order.

Every hat is individually cut by hand, allowing us to carefully plan each fabric layout to make the best possible use of every piece.
Any usable offcuts are retained wherever practical for product development, testing, samples and future projects, helping to minimise textile waste and ensuring beautiful fabrics are used as efficiently as possible.
