As someone who works in theatre, I understand how uncomfortable standard disposable scrub hats can be — especially when they pinch your ears, give you a headache, or slip during a long shift. That’s why I started making my own theatre hats, and created something that actually feels good to wear all day.  My colleagues soon began asking me to make hats for them too, and Heartfelt Hats was born!

These cotton fabric theatre hats are incredibly comfortable to wear, with generous sizing to prevent constriction and overheating even during long theatre sessions. 

They come in a wide range of designs, which are great for helping put patients at ease, especially for those working with nervous or younger patients.

Many of my hats are available in standard and large size, and custom orders are welcome.

They are made by hand, here in the UK, from high quality fabrics, and do not rely on the exploitation of low-paid workers in their creation.

I also make stretchy jersey and satin-lined elasticated back hats for individuals with long hair.
