🩺 Handmade Soft Jersey Fabric Theatre Scrub Hat 

 Heartfelt Hats - Handmade for Comfort, Colour and Conscience

As someone who works in theatre, I understand how uncomfortable standard disposable scrub hats can be — especially when they pinch your ears, give you a headache, or slip during a long shift. That’s why I started making my own theatre hats, and created something that actually feels good to wear all day.  My colleagues soon began asking me to make hats for them too, and Heartfelt Hats was born!

These beautifully soft and stretchy jersey fabric theatre hats are incredibly comfortable to wear, even during long theatre sessions, and allow a little personality into the working day.  My hats are available in standard and large size, and custom orders are welcome.

They are made by hand, here in the UK, from high quality fabrics, and do not rely on the exploitation of low-paid workers in their creation.

I also make satin-lined hats as well as tie-back hats for individuals with short hair.
